The ACTS of Successful Network Marketers

The ACTS of Successful Network Marketers involve four core business activities essential for consistent growth and long-term residual income. These ACTS work with any business when we as leaders set an example and take action. Here’s a brief summary of each core activity as described in an acronym I developed called, ACTS.

Auto-Ship:
Without exception all network marketing companies encourage an “Auto-ship” program. In order to assure that your profits are consistent, it’s essential that you create anAuto-ship culture on your team. An Auto-Ship ensures that your partners become a product of the product and assures long-term residual income.

Commitment:
Your team will do what you do and what you don’t do too. Here’s 4 essential commitments to work on with your team. Commit to: One Hour a day, One Meeting a week, One Training per month and an initial 90 day commitment to the core activities of your business.  In addition, encourage the to commit to One Year. Granted, these are minimums but these core commitments lay the foundation for your success. One year with focused activity will produce results and keep your team in the game for the long haul.

Training:
Consistent training creates momentum and continuity within your team. Teach your team to use the company system and tools to share your opportunity, products, compensation plan and network marketing basics. Lead by example and encourage your business partners to embrace continuing education, training and self development.

Systematically, Sponsor and Support:
The last step of The ACTS of a Successful  Networker is  Systematically Sponsor and Support. A business system does not make you successful by itself but it does provide the guidelines and the check lists that keep you consistent in your efforts. It’s not enough to recruit, recruit, recruit. In this business it’s about quality not quantity. The quantity will come with  a core group of well trained, business minded business partners.
