I secured the domain SuccessMentor.com in 1999 and built it into a blog to support my clients and team members. Over the decades, it became more than just a resource for my businesses—it grew into a space where I could continue learning and following threads of curiosity wherever they led. Everyone should write or keep a journal. Writing helps us process our thoughts, examine our beliefs, and verbalize them. On this site, you’ll find my writing journey. Go down the rabbit hole as deep as you’d like.
For years, I’ve had an insatiable curiosity about how people think and why they believe what they do. I’ve spent a lifetime asking questions and examining ideas and patterns that repeat throughout history. Curiosity has led me into some of the more controversial and unconventional subjects. I am fascinated by Ancient and modern history, occult and esoteric writings, and the powerful institutions that shape nations, which echo the very schemes Scripture warns us not to be ignorant of—2 Corinthians 2:11.
We live under a spiritual hierarchy in a spiritual world, where the prince of the power of the air rules. When we believe in Jesus, we learn that our battle is not against flesh and blood. Darkness reigns by permission, not power. Yet even the demons believe—and tremble. The difference isn’t what we believe about Christ; it’s whether we recognize our significance and our role in the culmination of His plan for the ages. For the believer who knows their identity in Christ, there is no contest. The battle belongs to the Lord.
I sensed unseen realms even as a child. Growing up among the deserts and mountains of the national parks and monuments gave me a lifelong fascination with the natural world. I remember early impressions of the majesty of God, horizons ablaze with stars that met the landscape. I had a lot of time to think on my own through my childhood and teen years. When I turned twenty, my quest found its purpose and my passion became knowing Christ and teaching others to know Him.
I help people:
Deception and truth are not equal enemies. Truth will always prevail; it’s guaranteed. I’ve talked with people for over thirty years—tens of thousands of them, through my coaching and marketing businesses. Everyone is sorting through questions about life. We all have one thing in common: there is something yet to do in our future.
The Bible is the Word of God. It is my only foundation. Within its pages are the lives of the patriarchs and matriarchs who have gone before us. Their frailties don’t surprise me. I learn as much from their limitations as from their triumphs, because their greatest triumph was looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of their faith. It’s time to live and grow on purpose.
