I wasn’t sure I would like it at first but after the first week I looked forward to theSunday call. I was one who equated leadership with title or position because it was what I was used to in the financial industry. In that arena I thought of myself as a leader but in other areas of my life I was just a volunteer, mom, etc. This book and mastermind call has really opened my eyes to the true definition of leadership.
